If you will be using your insurance benefits, it is important for you to be well informed about your coverage and understand your out of pocket costs.
I highly recommend contacting the number on the back of your card to inquire about your benefits.
Below is a list of questions it may be helpful to ask:
- Do I have a co-pay or co-insurance
- Do I have a deductible, and if so has it been met
- Is there out of network reimbursement
- Is there a limit to their number of sessions covered
- Is a referral or authorization required
We verify that your insurance is active and submit all billing on your behalf, however clients are responsible for all costs that aren't covered by insurance.
