Welcome. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in CT and Nationally Certified Counselor. I hold a BA in Psychology and MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have 12 years of experience in the field and I am EMDR certified. My journey with private practice began in 2014. It has been my honor to guide clients in healing from trauma and help my clients meet their goals for personal growth and overall wellness. I am also co-owner of Women's Wellness, LLC which was founded in 2019. This group practice endeavor brings together my personal and professional passion for supporting struggles unique to women and moms.

What sets me apart is my passion for the work that I do. My treatment approach and focus have developed over time through my clinical practice, personal experiences and training. I specialize in working with emotional trauma focused on healing and moving forward from difficult life experiences.
